Delivery
We take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in the exact state that we sent it in; however, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in any way please contact us as soon as you can and we will remedy the matter as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within one business day.
We offer three types of shipping: second class, standard and courier. We cannot guarantee a date with standard shipping and whilst we would like you to get your cookies as soon as possible to get the milk flowing, we do not take any responsibility for delays with delivery. If you would like your order quicker we also offer courier delivery if you place your order before 12am on a weekday. Sadly we cannot guarantee courier delivery on will be delivered the next day, but generally it is; on the plus side you will get a choice of time for delivery. It is advisable that you should pay for standard delivery if you order after 12am on a Thursday as the likelihood is it will turn up faster or at the same time as next day, but for less money!
With courier services you will be sent a tracking number when your order has shipped. If you have any problems with delivery, please contact us.
Our products
As our products are handmade there can be some variability on look and size within and between batches. This is normal and the taste will always be the same. We do weigh our cookies to ensure that your bag will always contain the same approximate weight as stated on the label.
Payment
We accept PayPal as the primary method of payment. You can pay via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
