We are running and sending out orders daily. The order cut off is usually 3pm for same day dispatch.

Royal Mail are collecting from us every week day, and aiming to deliver within the guidelines (2 to 3 business days). If you are experiencing longer delays then please contact us and we will attempt to assist you as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that the standard service is not trackable, and until delivered the tracking number given with the order confirmation will not give any information about the parcel's whereabouts.  

The delivery address that you enter during checkout is the exact address that we will ship to, so please ensure that it is the correct one as we are not responsible for return postage costs.

Standard Delivery:

When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail.

We currently are offering a Standard non-tracked service. This delivery service is free for orders over £40.

Royal Mail have stopped Saturday deliveries in some areas, so please be aware that any orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be delivered the following week.  

When considering delivery days, Royal Mail will only count business days (2 to 3 business days for Standard Delivery), so please be aware of this before contacting us.  

24 hour service:

We want to inform you that we will no longer be using Royal Mail’s 24 hour service due to recent price increases.

Our priority is to keep costs manageable for you, and we believe this change will help us do that. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 

International Delivery:

We do not offer an International delivery service.
