We are still running and we are still sending out orders daily. However, due to the current circumstances, the delivery times you see below may not be accurate.
Royal Mail are still collecting from us every week day, and aiming to deliver within the guidelines; however, due to social distance measures put in place to protect their staff, some parcels may take a little longer. If you are experiencing longer delays then please contact us and we will attempt to assist you as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that the standard un-tracked service is not trackable, and until delivered the tracking number given with the order confirmation will not give any information about the parcel's whereabouts.
We've temporarily closed our phone lines and will deal with all communication via social media messages and emails.
The delivery address that you enter during checkout is the exact address that we will ship to, so please ensure that it is the correct one as we are not responsible for return postage costs.
When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail.
Due to increasing prices, we have now started offering a Standard non-tracked service. This is to try and keep prices lower for our customers. We are still also using our standard tracked service, although during the Coronavirus Pandemic Royal Mail are advising that there may be delays on all services.
Royal Mail have temporarily stopped Saturday deliveries, so please be aware that any orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be delivered the following week.
When considering delivery days, Royal Mail will only count business days, so please be aware of this before contacting us.
Larger items will be sent via DPD or UPS. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep an eye on your order. During the Coronavirus deliveries will not require a signature.
